This intimate, 4-hour hands-on class is for anyone curious about gut health, fermentation, and building a healthier kitchen—without overwhelm.
We’ll focus on variety over quantity, gentle practices, and realistic habits you can actually sustain.
- OPTION to Book privately for a group of 3-4 people either 8-12nn or 1-5pm

What we’ll do together
- Learn the basics of fermentation (no experience needed)
- Understand how fermented foods support digestion and gut health
- Talk through real gut health questions (bloating, constipation, immunity, skin, kids’ guts, stress)
- Snack on gut-friendly fermented treats while learning
