Workshop Description

This intimate, 2-hour hands-on class is for anyone curious about gut health, fermentation, and building a healthier kitchen—without overwhelm.

We’ll focus on variety over quantity, gentle practices, and realistic habits you can actually sustain.

  1. Learn the basics of fermentation (no experience needed)
  2. Understand how fermented foods support digestion and gut health
  3. Talk through real gut health questions (bloating, constipation, immunity, skin, kids’ guts, stress)
  4. Snack on gut-friendly fermented treats while learning
