Fermenting workshop

Our coach is very good and so accommodating with our questions during our workshop and even way past the days.. She guide us through the process. She just didn't give us takeaway products but also the materials needed. However, I wish that our hard copy is more details particularly the procedure of each fermentation to avoid bombarding her with lots of questions. Nonetheless.. She is very good and generous in sharing her thoughts and skills in fermentation. I am very much pleased yo have attended her workshop and now enjoying my fermented products. ☺
